If you wish to discontinue your membership, please contact our customer support.

There is a refund option in case your membership finalizes in a maximum of 14 days from the start of subscription. If that occurs, we will offer you a refund for all subscription costs (trial and monthly). Withdrawal of ongoing payments will not be possible, only the ones when entering the subscription. After termination of the Service, your account will remain active until the next billing cycle.
